There are 6 independant inspections over and above the mandatory ones carried out by the regular Building Inspector.

Building Ethics only accredit builders who:

• Are financially sound
• Have a proven track record of building quality homes and of ethical dealings with clients

This is achieved by:

• INDEPENDANT quality inspections at all stages of the job
• No payment by the consumer to the builder until work is independantly verified as complete
• No payments until work is independantly certified to prescibed standards
