3 Month Maintenance Check Guarantee

For additional piece of mind and satisfaction we also offer a FREE 3 month maintenance check of your home after completion. We will come in and conduct a thorough home maintenance check  and should for any reason their prove to be anything that is not working as expected we will fix it for your immediately FREE of charge.

Fixed Price Contract

We commit to providing you with an up front fixed price contract. This ensures no nasty surprises or cost blowouts. You have piece of mind and a clear understanding of all building costs prior to commencing.

Plain English Building Agreement

Unlike many builders we don’t baffle you with nasty surprises or unclear contracts. We commit to providing you with a plain English building agreement and use the standard Housing Industry Association Contract that is easy to understand. We work closely with you ensuring that you are fully aware of the building process and what is involved prior to signing any contracts. Unless your happy, we’re not happy.
